How you can support the channel

What Is Patreon And How Does It Work?

Patreon is how most folks on Youtube manage to make a living. Patreon allows you to “subscribe” to someone like me for a monthly fee. What is that fee? Well, thats up to you. You basically pledge one dollar, two dollars, or a few million dollars to support the channel, billed the first of every month. It can be changed or cancelled at -any- time. My Patreons get plenty of extra “behind the scenes” videos, updates, and even a few perks from the shop on occasion. Because its a monthly thing, it is a -tremendous- help and lets me plan how and what is going to happen in the shop the next month. Bigger budgets mean bigger and better videos.

Buy A Book!

One of my proudest acheivements was writing this blacksmithing book. I wrote, designed, and published this little guy. Outside of the shipping, 100% of your purchase price stays in the shop. No third party reach arounds, no grubby middle man, I couldn’t get anybody to help so they can’t have any of my proceeds! In all seriousness, buying a book not only supports the shop but gives you a fine trinket. All of the books are signed and dated by me, just before I mail them out. On a personal note, there are stories in the back about my mentor, Jay Reakirt. Moving books helps me keep the stories about him alive!

Direct Donation

Its an odd thing but I’ll blow 50 bucks on nothing but dont ask me to sign up for a 10 cents monthly -anything-. For those of you like me that still want to help out but “subscription” gives you the heebie jeebies, you can absolutely make a one time gift via Paypal. You dont have to have an account or anything like that.
